Word out of my sources in Nashville tonight is that Vaughn is down to West Virginia and Louisville, with the Cardinals make a strong push late after missing on some other targets.
However, I do expect Vaughn's teammate, recently offered Cameron Watkins to commit to Illinois at the same ceremony and Vaughn is a unique guy. That means I wouldn't completely rule out the possibility of the two coming together.
I know this is confusing, but I put my confidence in Watkins committing at about 99.9% I think Vaughn is a much bigger long shot.
