Lots of PJ Fleck love on ESPN Gameday last Saturday. What do you think of his schtick? Are all the sayings inspirational or is it all just kitsch? Do players respond to that stuff or just roll their eyes?
Is he a really good coach or is he capitalizing on a solid senior QB and lucking into an All-American wide receiver in Davis? I think he is a very solid coach, and a good recruiter, but that he is also capitalizing on an experienced team, most of which he recruited. His teams play hard, appear to play smart football.
Where does he coach next year? Is he a coaching star?
PS- This is not a question about Lovie. I was excited about the Lovie hire and I still believe he will do well at Illinois. I believe Lovie will be our coach for the next several years unless he wants to leave earlier.
