Tupper article on AD search

I know a lot of people don't think much of Tupper, but if this article is correct it sounds like things are still being bungled (candidates not even sure what their status is, being called for interviews again after long periods of no contact).

Also sounds like Tiley is out too. Again, TIFWIW but geez....
