2. Turned around a program as Head Coach - Southern Miss has gone from 1-11 to 8-3 in his 3 years there
3. Midwest Ties - Went to Know, Coached at Eastern Michigan
4. NFL Experience
Next year his name will be spoken similar to Fuentes and Hermann this year. I don't think we will be able to get him but that is a guy I am looking hard at if I am the DIA.
