That statement may be true but it would get millions of people fired, canceled, threatened, banned or myriad other “penalties”. My Great-Uncle Ewing who was a founding partner of what is now Milbank, my Sister who was practicing in NY and NJ and worked for Con ED, NY Railroad, Travelers Insurance, as an in- Court Litigator, pro bono work in local municipalities in NJ, her 3 Sons all who passed the Bar in various States, and all the Pond Scum Attorneys I met in the NJ court system as a NJSP.
As the American Citizens now know DA's are Attorneys also !
