After the woeful mismanagement today, its obvious Cubit is not a long term solution. BTW, "Its got to be a sitting HC" thinking has to be abandoned. THere are several great coordinators that are eventually going to be really good HCs and there is no need for a school like Illinois to limit the talent pool
