I understand some of the criticism, it has been a rough start.
But when you look at it .....
- haven't played at home yet, Springfield is not home.
- 3 starters out pretty much all month, Black hasn't been himself.
- by the time the month is over, they will traveled about 4,000 miles.
- they will have spent about half the month in hotels.
- doing all that and counting on freshman who are still adjusting to playing at the college level.
Let's see how we do with some stability and the routine of being/playing in Champaign and taking normal road trips.
This would have been difficult for any program.
