A friend and I have been a bit out of the loop lately on college hoops and somehow missed Villanova ascending to #1 in the country.
He remarked it was a no brainer Jalen Brunson wanted to go there. Skipping all the discussion about his dad I replied this Illini team was lined up to do well too had he come to Champaign.
