I have a huge interest in Tank and BB's views on Strength and Conditioning.
Which exercises do they favor ?
Do they put up players by position or some other standard ?
Photos as they age and change their body by Tank ?
Which players are the leaders in S & C ! Their improvement ?
Grandson # 4, has as a simple goal to increase his pull ups and push ups by 1 EVERY day.
I showed him a youtube with the Iowa wrestling team ! The best guys were on push ups till sweat was running down their nose and making puddles on the mat.

He would hang by straps to his waist TWO 45 pound dumbbells for reps ! George De Franco
