I read that hes not retiring. I dont think it would be a bad idea to bring him to Illinois (for a nice fee of course) and allow him to groom his coach in waiting.
Hes Steve Damn Spurrier so recruiting wont be a problem, and his age wouldnt be a big factor since he will be grooming the next coach.
