But, in a conversation with a couple of 24/7 Moderators at a dinner recently they explained their ratings:
5 Star- Expected to be a first round NFL draft pick when he's eligible
4-Star- Expected to make an NFL roster
3 and down- college rated
By definition then, they have (32) 5-Star football prospects- they affirmed that.
Is that Rivals criteria for "Stars" as well?
