Spring Roster Observations

Somebody on TOS posted this and thought everyone here would be interested as well. The spring football roster was posted (http://fightingillini.com/roster.aspx?path=football) and it appears a few other players left the team.

Gone:
Harvey Clayton
Frank Sumpter
Henry McGrew
William DuPont (walk-on)

New players:
Verdis Brown
PC Daniel (walk-on from IMG/Lake Forest)
Shaedon Meadors
Jakari Norwood
Rueben Unije
Nick Walker

This leaves us at 10 open scholarships (if you include Coran Taylor in this class). Definitely going to need some transfers in order to have a full roster this year.

No position changes yet from what I could tell other than Caleb Reams is now officially a WR instead of a TE. I would look for them to try and slim him down this offseason.
