sorry, but i am not sold on our qb. maybe crouch fits scheme better?

I have now wathed wes for 3 years. only seems to be good, not even great, against inferior teams. Maybe crouch who is not a great passer, but a decent runner would be a better fit. our rushing game is terrible. Passing isn't any better. What do you all think. am I crazy?
