Our signed list has only 1 LB and 1 RB on it. That makes the Robertson kid from CA probably the top target (assuming Brown commits).

A number of kids on our offer sheet, assuming it's accurate, haven't signed yet; anybody who doesn't have an offer by now is probably unranked and a cross-your-fingers-somebody-missed-them type. But, as Doug pointed out today with the kid with the twin, even that seems thin.

A list of 4 star and 5.7 3-star kids who hold Illini offers and who haven't signed yet is below. 4* kids unless noted. Locations noted if the kid is in an area we seem to get other kids from. There are a few 5.6's left and then the rest of the list drops off to 5.4 and below, so it's probably safe to assume our top targets are here:

James Foster, QB (3*)
Kavosiey Smoke, RB (3*) - best RB on the board. Next best kid is a 5.5 from St. Louis.
Joshua Moore, WR (TX)
Dominick Watt, WR (FL)
Nikko Hall, WR
Ke'Von Ahmad, WR (3*) (TX)
Kobe Smith, WR (3*)
Chris Olave, WR (3*)
Luke Ford, TE (doubt we get him, but bolded anyway)
Tynell Hopper, TE
Dylan Wonnum, OT
Marcus Jenkins, OG
Chris Murray, OG
Verdis Brown, C (expected to sign with Illinois)
Michael Thompson, DT (Parkway North)

Nikolas Bonitto, DE (FL)
Dorian Hardy, DE
Merlin Robertson, LB
Kevontae' Ruggs, LB
Soloman Tuliaupupu, LB
Jarius Brents, CB
Brendan Radley-Hiles, CB (FL - IMG Academy)
Isaac Taylor-Stuart, CB
Aashari Crosswell, S
Isheem Young, S
Devon Cooley, ATH (3*)
Talanoa Hufanga, ATH
John Jackson, ATH (3*)
Braden Lenzy, ATH (3*)
Devon Williams, ATH

There are a lot of kids left, but the odds of getting more than a couple of them seem small. Get Robertson the LB, maybe. We should be going as all-in as we can on Radley-Hiles from IMG...maybe make Abraham move down there if we have to. Thompson from Pkwy North would also be a good get. Ford is probably a pipe dream.

Beyond that it's thin in areas where we seem to recruit heavily (Texas and Florida). We've offered a lot of CA kids, but how many of those trek to the Midwest? The next tier down is a lot of 5.5 kids (a bunch of RBs) from Florida.
