Retooling

Has there ever been a more unexpected absolute retooling of a college football program ever?

Saturday morning there wasn't a hint of this. About 100 hours later we have an 11 year NFL Head Coach with a Super Bowl appearance, a highly regarded OC, and a new DC from the NFL who was a 5 time pro-bowler.

I don't know to what extent this will work. I do know that this is absolutely the correct path though.
