Why would someone with these stats not get much attention?

My neighbor, Ronald Polite, is having a great senior year as a wide receiver and defensive player for Page High School in Greensboro, NC. Page is the No. 1 ranked team in the state and plays Wake Forest High School for the state championship on Saturday in the 4AA class (NC's largest schools).
He is a beast at 6'-1" and 210 pounds. He catches everything in his area. In week 13, he had the No. 2 play in the country on Hudl with a diving one hand TD catch, linked below. His 40 time is listed as 4.7, but no one seems to be able to contain him. In the last three playoff games against the best competition, he has had 3 TD's in each.

His receiving stats:

18 R. Polite (Sr) 15 games, 89 receptions, 1389 yards, 15.6 ypc, 92.6, ypg, 22 touchdowns

And these stats are with Page having Javon Leake as their running back, who is going to Maryland next year. He has 1,400 yards rushing.

In talking to his mom, it doesn't sound like he is getting much recruiting interest, but his stats are really good. I know the 4.7 hurts, but he is just a good football player and loves to hit and catches well in a crowd. Last year he was the second option because Page had Diondre Overton, who is now playing at Clemson. The quarterback is Will Jones, a Western Carolina commit. I have seen the recruits for VT and East Carolina come to Page and play and I think Will is better than both.
