I'm hearing West Virginia for 3-star QB Trey Lowe. Announcement coming early this week. WVU coaches are feeling very confident.
Illinois will continue to look for another QB in the class, but I'm not sure where that search will take them at this point.

As some have already mentioned, Illinois will hold a BBQ for prospective recruits on July 28. This was a very successful event for Illinois last year. Several top targets will be there. I should have more as the event gets closer.
Things have slowed done a lot recently during the dead period and coaches on vacation, but it's about to pick up again. The dead period ends on Monday and they have a few weeks to push hard before camp opens and the new recruiting calendar begins on Aug 1.
