If you are the Illinois AD, at what point, if ever, do you extend Cubit? If he were to win at North Carolina (not out of the realm of possibility), and come back with a win against MTSU, do you think about extending him? It would help with recruiting. Obviously, he isn't going anywhere and will be around at the end of the season, but there are definitely advantages of getting it done through the season if this team shows enough. The question is, what is "enough" to you?
