How has the mediocrity at best the last few years in football and men's basketball affected the financial health of the DIA? Football attendance I would imagine is down quite a bit, hoops may trend that way this year, and booster donation may diminish significantly considering the lack of a strong AD, the uninspired hiring by Cubit shared by much of the fanbase (and the interim AD it seems), and the overall development of pessimism toward the hoops team. Not to mention the lawsuits and salary pay-outs. Will this push the DIA into the red? Will the university allowing the continued irrelevance of the revenue sports eventually eventually cost them financially?
