Illinois embarrassed in front of a decent crowd, including a full student section.
There's no way Purdue should be this much better than Illinois.
There's a lack of discipline in the Illinois program. Terrible penalties again, kids getting kicked off the team, etc.
Not a good look for the visiting recruits.
Rod Smith had a pretty good game plan early, IMO, but Purdue took them out of it.
This defensive scheme will never work in college football.
Worse loss....Tim Beckman to Purdue in 2014, or Lovie Smith in 2018?
