Maryland hires Aazaar Abdul-Rahim to be DB coach and to tap into the DC high school recruits. Abdul-Rahim built a powerful high school program in DC before leaving for Alabama 2 years ago. Locksley expected to move on since he wasn't offered the head coaching gig. If Mendenhall is smart he'd hire both Locksley and David Beatty. Locksley would recruit the DC/Baltimore side and Beatty the Virginia side of DC.
