I just got back from visiting friends in Saratoga Springs, NY. I had the opportunity to visit the Rutgers campus and watch the game there on Saturday. That campus is huge....it is 5 campuses in one across Piscataway/New Brunswick. All of the campuses are nice.

Now I have been to each of the 17 campuses in the Big Ten. Yes, that includes the affiliates Johns Hopkins, Notre Dame, and former member Chicago. Here is how I would rank them from worst to best in terms of my personal preference based on aesthetics (I am purposely leaving out Illinois. Although I would like to rank it as the best, I do feel some campuses are a little better looking. But my alma matter is definitely no where near being the bottom):

16. Chicago
15. Northwestern
14. Purdue
13. Notre Dame
12. John's Hopkins
11. Michigan State
10. Ohio State
9. Maryland
8. Rutgers
7. Minnesota
6. Nebraska
5. Michigan
4. Penn State
3. Iowa
2. Indiana
1. Wisconsin.
