OT- Odd On-Line Occurence?

Suddenly the last couple of days I am getting random windows popping up when on Rivals/Illinois telling me I won stuff or need to update something. I think they're malware though my files are clean according to Windows Defender and Malwarebytes after several scans by each.
Anyone else getting these popups?
Any ideas?
