Just finished reading the interview with Howard Griffin in the NG. HG was one of my favorite players while an Illini and he is a respected FB analyst on BTN. He danced a bit around the Tim B questions but was quite open that the talent gap between tOSU and ILLINI is large and will get larger if U of I does not look at admissions.
I am not a big TB booster, but frustrated ILLINI fans need to understand that if you are undermanned it does not matter who is coaching, we are not getting better. This ain't Stanford so do not even bring that up..
