New preferred walk-on

Former Rochester star Da'Ante Cox is transferring to Illinois as a preferred walk-on. He played his freshman year at NAIA school Missouri Baptist, and had 37 catches for 738 yards.

Cox was on scholarship at Missouri Baptist, so he will have to sit out a year at Illinois.
