Mike Phair is leaving!

University of Illinois defensive line / defensive run game coordinator Mike Phair has stepped down and is joining the Colts’ staff as defensive line coach sources tell FootballScoop. Phair spent the 2015 season as Illinois’ co-defensive coordinator. Prior to that, he spent 13 seasons working in the NFL with the Bucs & Bears both working with the defensive line and with the Seahawks (as a scout and then a coach).

Is this going to take a month to resolve? This is not good news. The speed this program takes to replace coaches is slow.
