Got this about an hour ago. Almost all of it relates to possible premium seating/concessions in east and south sections involving significant investment by the purchaser. Doesn't seem to make much sense since the team is not routinely competitive and hasn't been for a long time. On the other hand, I guess you need to include these types of accommodation if you're going to renovate those parts of the stadium and give recruits an eyeful when they visit. It's like a chicken or egg thing to me with the current state of the program.
