I have seen posters with real football experience say that Lovie is arrogant, egotistical, close-minded, etc.
Frankly, I couldn’t give a $hit about the HC being arrogant or having a big head because being social-worker nice doesn’t win you games. I have no problem with that.
But, what trouble me are comments about lovie unwilling to work long hours, not being diligent in following up with HS coaches and recruits and, bluntly, being lazy (at least for a college HC).
So, who here really knows Lovie well and, if so, can tell us how he is day to day?
