I spoke with Brad Hoiseth from JCGridiron.com on the Rivals network to get a few names. Here are some QB’s that Brad mentioned who stand out to me on video.
Gillins, the former Wisconsin Badger, is easily the top guy I've seen on film. There's no JUCO video on DeAndre Johnson from East Mississippi yet, but he's also highly ranked. He comes with baggage, however. Johnson was kicked off the team at Florida St. for hitting a girl in a bar.
