Will he make the Big Ten Tournament?
I'm torn on this question. I think it could be a resounding "no," but the schedule gets pretty easy after the first 8 or so games so it is possible we will win some games after the new AD is hired. But it might be so ugly that it's easier for the new AD to fire him right away to give himself time to vet possible hires. There's probably going to be pressure to do just that if the new AD is hired in late January.
I will say this. Not sure I've ever seen a worse tactical coaching staff. They obviously have the players prepared to play, but simply can't adjust to whatever the opponent decides to do at halftime.
