The Maxwell Award named Illinois wide receiver Isaiah Williams to its watch list, the Maxwell Football Club announced on Monday.

The Maxwell Award is presented annually to the College Player of the Year. This award is presented in honor of Robert W. (Tiny) Maxwell, legendary college player, official, and sports columnist.
