We are #1 in the nation for internally created obstacles for our sports teams to deal with. It is amazing how similar the complaints are from the coaching staffs that move on. Seems we have an issue with poor hiring and then handicapping those hires with additional hurdles that allow them to "prove" their ineptitude.
