We spent an ungodly amount of money on a bunch of assistants who were either available (i.e. out of work) or were ready, willing, and able (j.e. were likely going to be out of work soon) to join this staff in March of 2016.
And since then we have lost one coach to attrition to the NFL and replaced him with a high school position coach.
