Illinois Men’s Basketball To Host #ILLINIALLIN Oct. 25
UI students and fans can enter now to receive behind-the-scenes access at scrimmage

Champaign, Ill.–Following the success of last year's event, the Fighting Illini men's basketball program is excited to once again host #ILLINIALLIN, set for Sunday, Oct. 25, from 12:30-3:30 p.m. at the Ubben Basketball Practice Facility.
The #ILLINIALLIN showcase allows a limited number of UI students and fans an exclusive look at the team as it prepares for the upcoming 2015-16 season. With State Farm Center unavailable to host an Orange and Blue intrasquad scrimmage due to renovation, head coach John Groce will again open the doors at Ubben, allowing a select group of fans behind-the-scenes access to the program.
#ILLINIALLIN will feature complimentary food and drinks, a roundtable discussion during lunch with representatives associated with the Illini program, courtside or balcony viewing for the team scrimmage, interaction with players and coaches including an autograph session, plus an Illini-themed gift. Since demand for access to this event will be high, Illinois Athletics is asking students and fans to share why they should be selected to be a part of this VIP experience.
Fans should communicate their interest by completing a self-nomination ballot here.
Fans are encouraged to be creative with their message, communicating why they are among the most passionate Illini fans around. UI student and general public season ticket holders will be given priority in the selection process. Participants who are selected to attend #ILLINIALLIN will be notified by email and given further instructions regarding the event.
The team scrimmage during #ILLINIALLIN (from 2-3 p.m.) also will be streamed live via FIGHTINGILLINI.com along with post event videos and interviews with Coach Groce and Illini student-athletes.

Fans have a number of options to watch the Orange and Blue in person, with both 3-game and 5-game mini-plans on sale in addition to season tickets, as well as single-game and 5-game ticket packages for the November games in Springfield.
