I caught some of Wisky's game against Purdue. They thoroughly dominated even though it took them awhile to pull away on the scoreboard.
Sound like Clement will play against Illinois so not sure what form he will be in, but will probably give a lift to their whole squad
Going to be real tough for Illinois to move the ball against Wisconsin - their LB play is fantastic. On offense - they lack a homerun threat in the passing game and Stave is prone to a boneheaded play every now and then but otherwise they are pretty solid/fundamental and they really like to involved their TE.
The one big weakness i saw on O which is surprising to say is their OL play - Evan Panfil (former Illini commit) for Purdue had a field day. Could bode well for Ward/Smoot/Clements getting pressure on Stave.
We won't be Wisky trying to dink and dunk a long drive - going to need to get Allison some opportunities down the field with single coverage if possible.
Illinois is coming off a bye week and has had 2 weeks to prepare, but Wisky is coming off a game where they didn't face much resistance.
Think it will be a close one, but give the edge to Wisconsin because of their playmaking LB's. Better account for 58 schobert.
