Cuonzo Martin - losing arguably your best three players with the two one and done kids in Brown and Rabb and a graduating senior. Facing another full rebuild. I was randomly listening to one of the national radio shows on the Score tonight and they had a guest from the Pac 10 network that unprompted brought up that maybe if Martin would rather get back to the Midwest that the timing may be ripe for such a move. Add to the fact that Tilmon is from East St. Louis and another target Jordan Goodwin is from Belleville, do the stars seem to align a bit on this thought?
Gregg Marshall - also losing his two best players in Baker and VanFleet, has he topped out what they can be. Seems to me he is at a point where he either stays and finishes out his career there maybe with a salary bump if they make a run or makes the move now and cashes in somewhere else.
Question remains do we have access to enough cash from another source for both the buyout of Groce and paying one of these other candidates after you just doubled down on Lovie and his assistant pool?
