3. Rod Smith does not run a Mike Leach Air RAID offense but that run stuff works. And it is fun to watch. And Smith has zero players recruited for it??
4. With Moses Okpala ( an important defensive recruit), Isaiah Williams, Márquez Beason, and something to sell on both sides of the ball, and
5. The ability to hire a DC that is not an ‘old friend’, maybe Lovie can add ace recruiter to the DC position or even multiple Positions on the D staff. Maybe Lovie needed to adjust his personnel to the college game. Garrick McGee to Rod Smith. Hardy Nickerson to ???
6. Another win is not likely. But neither is it impossible. 5 wins with the youngest roster in football would be fantastic progress.
