Someone out there created an Inverse Cramer trading app that at least at some point last fall was walloping the SP500. Republicans really need to learn from Democrats how to select truly partisan judges who will vote right the whole time. Far too many times, Rs nominate and confirm complete leftists.
Yes. SCOTUS also voted that before they are deported, they can seek remedy. So it puts a bit of a strain on the removing them quickly, but I’m sure the Admin will come up with a good plan. The biggest thing the court did was determine the remedy must be found where they are at…so Texas stays in TX district and cannot be shopped to DC, as an example. I feel that is somewhat positive, as I think that decision will neuter some of the activist district judges making national decisions elsewhere. It’s a shot across the bow so to speak.
I still recall the Left being angry about ACB religious collegiate background. She was likely misrepresented to Trump by the Establishment Republicans as a strict Constitutional conservative.
