You get a redo....what do you do with it in hindsight?
Me: I would have hired Frank Martin. Initial fan backlash would have pointed to him being a jerk, question his recruiting, and say we should have done better. Me..I'd point to 5 years of finishing in 2-5th place in the Big 12 with at least one deep run in the tournament. Technically a minority hire. Could have opened up new doors into the East/SE for recruiting. Guarantee we'd have at least a respectable, well coached team in year 4...
