The Rivals tech team will be releasing an update that will allow forum email notifications (alerts when someone replies to a thread a user has created or watched) to flow much more consistently.
A side effect of this update is that a whole bunch of users are going to start receiving email notifications where they were not previously.
Email notifications can be configured/disabled in your forum preferences by clicking on your name in the top, right hand corner of the forum and going to the "Preferences" section, as shown in the diagram below.
