The schedule is absolutely brutal. As the Illini sit at 16 wins heading into February what is the win total people would be okay/happy/thrilled with by the time March rolls around.
For me 18 wins is a disappointment given there’s 2 pretty bad teams on the schedule.
I would be okay at 19 wins, happy at 20 and ecstatic at anything above that. If 21+ happens we’re talking about a top 3 seed for the tourney.
