Information for fans that want to attend Saturday night’s practice inside Memorial Stadium…
Fighting Illini football's practice on Saturday night, No. 9 of Training Camp, will take in place inside Memorial Stadium instead of the usual practice fields east of the stadium. The practice is slated to run from 7-9 p.m. and is free and open to the public. However, because of the change in location, there will be some differences for fans that are planning on attending.
For Saturday's practice…
» Fans should enter through Gate 24 on the WEST side of Memorial Stadium and are encouraged to sit on the west side
» A concession stand and restrooms will be open in the Great West Hall
» Free parking will be available in the Northeast and Northwest State Farm Center lots and in the ARC lot
Following Saturday night's practice in Memorial Stadium, the Illini will have Sunday off for Media Day before returning to the grass practice fields east of the stadium on Monday afternoon. All Training Camp practices are open to the public and free to attend from Aug. 4-20.
