bear with me on this. lots of people on the board have an opinion on whether keep Lovie or fire him. i know people want more wins no more than he does himself. remember the shape the program was in before him. people have questioned his coaching hires, son Miles and others among them. i feel Lovie has always tried for the best available assistant. he missed on some but seems to have had better choices lately with Patterson, Mcclain , Bellamy etc. Looking at the euphoria on the board over the weekends recruits and commitments things seem bright. the recruits parents seem to really like and trust Lovie to do right with their sons. with mom and dad on your side that's half the battle. they seem to be on a roll right now so keep it up. now all it takes is more wins and Illini Nation goes nuts. sorry this was so long.
