He's a smart guy, he played hoops in HS, he should have some understanding of the game. But w/ all the LOVE for the Pigskin hire, maybe JW doesn't have the same Hoops understanding to make a similar evaluation/hire South of Kirby/Florida. We know JFG can win the press conference, maybe he could 'pull the wool over an AD's eyes' who doesn't possess the basketball understanding necessary for the critical evaluation mandatory for program success. Maybe he believes JFG is the answer?!? Maybe he is the answer. I have my doubts, honestly.
