I'll post more as I think of them:

Joe Fotu, Def. GA - Illinois: He has been helping recruiting on the west coast and seems like a very enthusiastic young coach with potential and loyalty to Illinois. He has spent three years under Phair so knows how to coach the position how Lovie/Hardy want it done.

Jethro Franklin, former DL Coach - Oakland Raiders: Veteran NFL and Miami/USC defensive line coach that is currently out of a job.

Bill Teerlinck, Asst. DL Coach - Buffalo Bills: Former Nevada Co-DC/DL Coach who also coached at Illinois State. Son of 30+ year defensive line coaching veteran of the NFL...Lovie has to know his father. Currently working for one of Lovie's close friends Leslie Frazier who is DC in Buffalo.

Fred Tate, Co-DC/DL - UT Martin: Veteran college DL coach who is from Mississippi and has recruiting connections there. He has spent time at Cal (when Nickerson Jr. was there), Marshall, Texas Tech, and Cincinnati.

...my opinion for both the LB and DL positions is they'll want a college guy with recruiting prowess or potential.
