Defensive Coordinator Replacements

So I’m assuming our next hire is going to be someone with college defensive coordinator experience. Do you think there’s any chance we could take another chance on Zook? I feel like any wounds have healed since his departure, and our recruiting can use the boost. I’d have to imagine a college defensive coordinator pays better than an NFL special teams coach.
