We are better coached than last season, but we aren’t well coached. You aren’t going to win at IL with mediocre at best on the sidelines. Illinois had every opportunity to be aggressive and continuously declined to do so. That’s bad coaching.
Every week Luke Butkus is employed is another week setting back the program. He’s awful. The OL is the worst unit on the roster, and that’s with a MASH squad at WR.
Remember how I kept saying Wisky would take a huge step back this year. They might win the BTW, but they aren’t good at all. Gary Andersen loaded them with talent. If their Chryst recruited players are comparable to their recruiting rankings (and not well above like Andersen recruited), Paul Chryst ain’t doing anything special.
We will be lucky to go 4-8 btw. It’s astonishing to me how little I care, guess I expected bad (which is what I’m gonna get).
