Just spit balling this, but it occurs to me that Lovie has that unique NFL pedigree that might resound with JUCO's since they're age wise eligible for the NFL draft. It's apparent that recruits from h.s. are going to need time to develop, and the current roster doesn't have the horses. Some high level JUCO's could be an instant step up. Otherwise I guess just hunker down for the next couple of years until the new guys develop.
