Doesn't this extension for Cubit handcuff the new AD? I haven't seen the details of the contract, but there has to now be a buyout. If we are to hire an AD sometime in the next couple months and he doesn't want Cubit, he'll have to ask for buyout money to hire his own coach. Even if this happens a year from now, there is still a buyout. I'm really confused on how this "stabilizes" the situation.
