I think the committee probably got it right. But I love the idea of an 8 team playoff. I want the Power 5 conference champions to get automatic bids. I want the highest ranked non-power 5 ranked team in, as long as that team is ranked in the top 12 in the final poll. Fill in the remaining spots according to ranking. So:
1. Clemson
2. Oklahoma
3. Georgia
4. Alabama
5. OSU
6. Wisconsin
7. USC
8. UCF
I would also love the first round to be played at the higher ranked teams home field.
